Porto Sisi Hotel Apartments

Staying in Porto Sisi was the best vacation decision we had made this summer. It was only 45 mins from HER airport and this town has almost everything you need. It located right in front of the ocean, few minute from local beaches and restaurant. Not quite crowded as other part of island, but because of the location, we want to come back definitely. It has small kitchen that we didn't use. There are few local bakery around the apartment (2-3 mins), we normally got up and take out fresh coffee and bread for breakfast on the balcony. The swin pool was good size, quite and gave us illusion that you are in the ocean without sand and salty water, love it. Very clean (no house keeping on Sunday) and kind receptionists. The manager was nice enough taking her time (hours!!) to give me all kind of information about Crete. Now I know why people come back to this place every year. We planned to do road trip around island whole week, but ended up staying in hotel and enjoy the pool, food, this gorgeous town Sisi. There are plenty of picture perfect spot in this town without going any further. Can't wait to go back!

Everyone was really helpful , lovely place . The accommodation although quite basic was very clean. Porto Sisi is a lovely , quiet fishing village.

My husband, 11 year old daughter & I loved our time at the Porto Sisi hotel apartments. The apartments have everything you need for a self catering break and were kept spotlessly clean during our stay. The layout of the whole complex is lovely, with a swimming pool at the back overlooking the sea. The apartments are within easy walking distance of local shops, bars, restaurants, tour offices, car hire centers, etc. The owner & staff are very friendly and extremely helpful if you need any advice or even just a chat. I would love to go back again and would have no problem recommending the Porto Sisi to anyone.

Porto Sissi apartments were simply amazing. Perfect location with all that we needed on our doorstep including restaurants, tavernas, supermarket and most importantly the sea and the beautiful sunset. We upgraded to a seafront apt on arrival and it was well worth the extra money. Apt 11 was just perfect. Very well equipped, spacious and clean. Adorable balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. Anthi and Maria very friendly and helpful. Everywhere in Porto Sissi was spotlessly clean and tidy. Pool was good size for number of apartments and we even had the pool area to ourselves at certain times. Definitely no need to be creeping out at daybreak to put towels on sunbeds. Absolutely loved, loved, loved Porto Sissi and the village/harbour of Sissi itself. If you're looking for a busy, party, nightclub resort, Sissi is not for you, but if you are looking for a relaxed, chilled out, no hassle holiday in a very picturesque area with very friendly tavernas serving delicious food, Sissi is the perfect choice.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful setting. Well equipped apartment and outside were communal sun beds and pool, right next to the sea. Sea view from our apartment was lovely, a wonderful holiday.

Amazing hotel apartments, very clean and quiet. Perfect for relaxing stay with friends and family as also with your boyfriend. The people working there will make you feel like you are part of their family. The location is perfect for bars, restaurants, coffee shops and local grocery market. Pharmacy shop 2 min away if you need anything! 4 min from the local public beach just perfect for 7 am swim in the sea. The best holidays ever!!!!

We loved our stay at Porto Sisi. Rooms were very comfortable and clean - with brilliant views of the sea. Maria and Viola were lovely and helpful. The location is great and the walk to nearby beaches is a pleasure. Would definitely return!

On our first visit to Crete, this hotel ensured it will certainly not be our last! Porto Sisi is situated directly on the sea front with a sea-water swimming pool (not at all over-salty) perfect for relaxing whilst looking out to sea! The pool area is frequently very quiet, ideal for peaceful sunbathing. The cleaner worked to make sure the room was kept spotless with fresh bedding and towels every other day - definitely worth paying the additional costs for a Sea View/Sea Facing room - the views are lovely. Maria at the hotel was exceptionally helpful in organising airport transfer - which took 30-35 minutes - and she can recommend some fantastic places to eat (restaurants are just minutes from the hotel doors!) Very useful convenience store opposite the hotel entrance, while it is a short 5 minute walk to the beach one way, and 5 minutes to the harbour the other. We would love to return!
