Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Roseville

We were greeted with a smile upon check in. The Studio suite was a good size. The kitchen had all the basics. The bed was comfortable. Their to go breakfast was impressive. Who needs a vacation rental when you can stay at a suite hotel like this one? This hotel is also pet friendly and that is a huge deal for me. They have a small pet relief area, which was great. The hotel is close to a movie theater, restaurants, a shopping mall, and a water park, etc.

I'm sure this hotel was super nice in its heydays. It is currently looking pretty tired, though. The sheer curtains in my suite were ripped and the curtains had a water stain. If the carpet was clean it looked dingy. The carpets in the hallways need to be stretched. In the parking lot, there are signs that they are not responsible for anything you leave in your car. So what is the $10 parking fee for? The parking lot is shared with another hotel and a permanently closed restaurant. It's public parking. Couldn't guests just park in the permanently closed restaurant parking and pay zero? The $75 non-refundable fee for pets does not make sense for old, tired and dated furniture, carpets, etc. There was no hand soap, and hair conditioner in the bathroom.

We got to the location late afternoon and it was starting to get dark. We looked at one location and it was kind of dark and not well lit. Saw a building opposite this location well lit so went there figuring that must be the hotel but it was a different hotel and ours was the darker location
