Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Roseville

Location is good

Parking was additional $10 that was not advertised. No shampoo in the shower container. Kitchen had tape on several counter doors to disguise what? The sofa bed is soooo uncomfortable — don’t advertise as a room for 4 guests, because no one wants to sleep on that.

Location.

There was a smell to the property. There was a loud and annoying humming noise all night. We learned that this sound of the elevator going up and down all night. The woman who helped us initially came off as very condescending and rude. We were not able to check in during the check in time of 3pm.

The bed and living area was comfortable.

Our front door was a struggle to get in the the key card.

The staff was very friendly

When we got there, there was a bunch of men just sitting outside getting drunk near the front door. They then went to the pool area I couldn’t even take my child to the spa to enjoy it bc they were playing very loud music being very loud and drunk. I also went into my room smelled so bad like cat pee I had to go to the store to get a candle to drown out the smell. Then when we went to go to bed the blankets were just sheets and not warm and cozy at all. Very upsetting

Our family has always stayed at Larskspur Roseville when visiting extended family. This trip was very discouraging at check-in the $10.00 per night to park is a crazy add on to the room. The hotel needs attention as far as maintenance. The hallway carpet has big rolls. It needs to be replaced or stretched. It’s really a liability on your part. I’m not trying to be rude but I was so very disappointed.

El desayuno te lo daban en una bolsa y lo llevabas a la habitación. Tenía pocas opciones. La nevera de la habitación hacia mucho ruido. La ropa de cama no era suficiente y a veces hacía frío.

My husband and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again if we ever need one in Roseville. The reason, my husband and I were in the area was because he had to have surgery. Every single staff member we came into contact with was professional, accommodating, and extremely nice. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The TV had great channel options and it wasn’t confusing to use. The hotel its self is very charming. I definitely recommend this place.
