Novotel Bali Benoa

We loved the beachfront setting, relaxing by the pool with cocktails was a real highlight. It was also within easy walking distance of plenty of massage spots and other restaurants. The location was great, although a little more touristy and commercial, with resorts all around. - We stayed over Christmas and the resort staff put on a great show that was very inclusive for all visitors.

There were only a couple of drawbacks. While it’s not the staff’s fault, they require payment (or a signature) for every drink at the time of purchase, there’s no option to run a tab at the bar. It wasn’t a big deal, but it did mean signing for drinks every round, and I would’ve preferred to have everything on one account. The system they use also felt quite dated. Because they had to write our Accor number on each bill, I’m not confident we received all the Accor points we should have. If we went again, I’d also recommend booking water sports and activities outside the resort. The resort pricing has a significant mark-up, and they have a strict no-refund policy.

Le staff est très gentil et accueillant. Tout est très bien entretenu et propre. La nourriture est également excellente.

Le seul bémol est que son emplacement ne permet pas d’avoir le soleil jusqu’en fin de journée. On est donc contraint de rentrer plutôt tôt le soir par manque de soleil.

Really lovely hotel, great pool and great food. Staff were all really friendly and the room was nice and clean.

Food and drink slightly more expensive than average but this was a given considering the area and the fact it is a 5 star hotel. Not much to do in Nusa Dua outside of the hotel.

Breakfast was very good however meals at the restaurants were very expensive and were overpriced.

Drinks and restaurants meals were very overpriced.
