Our stay at the Novotel Bali Benoa has been lovely, staying in one of the suites here. I would like to give a special suksma to our AMAZING house keeper Dwi, also helped by Ditya and Wahyu, for their care in cleaning our rooms and the extra special touch from Dwi with his amazing towel folding animals. Thank you Dwi! Also thank you to the amazing ladies in the kids club, particularly Septi, for the care and kindness you have shown to my son while we stayed here at the Novotel Bali Benoa. Thank you to all the kind staff working here and making our experience here beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely, calm, and intimate — perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful. The pools were great and very enjoyable. Everything was perfect. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great time time at the hotel . Staff were amazing. We used the coco restaurant very often. Great food and atmosphere too. Kids love the buffet breakfast at our stay.

We loved everything. No complaints!
