I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bali Benoa. The resort is beautiful and perfectly located right by the beach, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to unwind. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel valued and truly enhanced our stay. The facilities were also excellent, with lovely pools, good food options, and a peaceful environment throughout the resort. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing holiday in Bali. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Bali Benoa for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and a beautiful beachfront setting. I would definitely love to come back again!

Sehr schönes hotel mit ruhiger Atmosphäre und sehr guter Lage direkt am Strand, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Empfehlenswert !!!

Das Angebot an frischem Obst könnte besser sein, es gab keine Bananen, keine Mangos und keinen frischen gepressten Orangensaft.

Recommend 1/10 for the property, very very poorly maintained. Mould everywhere, rooms very untidy, smelly. Big scam
