Wyndham Beijing North

Went there on a business tour. The property is amazing and food served in the breakfast is also nice. The best thing about this Hotel was they had arranged Hindi Speaking staff while our check-in process although staff at reception spoke fluent english, but this made our stay memorable.

Hotel was excellent although staff speak little English. Rather pleasant stay. Bit of distance to walk to nearest mall an restaurants.As it was cool in the evening, aircon was comfortable. Good breakfast served.

Impressive building. Very big but well maintened. Rooms ok and clean. Too many mass turist sometimes not match with business customers. Attendants not speak english often. Rate not very attractive. Buffet restaurant not so well

The hotel is a long way out from the centre of the City, however a short walk to the metro and you can get to where you want to go. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious, the breakfast has been fine with a wide variety. The bar has been a let down, limited spirits, at one point no beer and very slow service. The gym is well equipped. We haven’t tried the spa.

My lower level room had two beds and everything you could imagine. The room was spacious. Not much for a view, but I'm sure the upper levels are nicer. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety. Only stayed one night and got there late so didn't get to see the grounds much or the pool.

I stayed here as part of a group for a week at the end of June. The check-in process was smooth and l was impressed with the grand lobby, though more seating would have been sensible for a hotel that caters to groups. The room l had was excellent with a very comfy bed and all the things you would expect from a good hotel, the mini bar was empty though. The shower was excellent and powerful. The room was cleaned each day and sheets changed, housekeeping seemed good. A number of facilities such as bowling and KTV are advertised but not currently available. The hotel restaurants struggled to cater for large groups,- and there is no alternatives within a 15 minute walk. The prices in the hotel restaurants are outrageous and a pure rip-off Where l was really disappointed though was with breakfast - the hotel has 2 areas, premium rooms are shepherded to a different restaurant for a better quality breakfast next door to economy rooms who have a standard breakfast - this was not clear and badly translated. The coffee was undrinkable - not even a 2 star hotel would serve coffee as bad as they did - it’s not hard to buy a decent coffee machine, and that really sums up the hotel, getting by on as little investment as possible. I will never be back.

Part of nexus tour but a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean but despite the modern exterior the room looked a little tired. Our bathroom was well equipped but it did have a certain smell about it which was unappealing. The room was big and had everything you needed. Staff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the dinner buffet where you could pay a fee to have never ending wine.... the hotel is in the middle of nowhere but that explains the affordability. Big indoor pool and good gym, plus barber and shop

The hotel was great with great facilities, very luxurious, Staff had little English and the pool staff very rude. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was great. Enjoyed the hotel but not the interactions with the pool staff or reception staff as they couldn't understand what i was saying.Nothing near the hotel at all.

Hotel was big and clean, great stay for business around the area purpose due to its location.
