"Best Western"

Ive stayed at best western in many different cities and have had much better overall quality experience for a significantly lower price. That and the consistent issues with booking direct from the website are my only complaints.

"A Tired Old Hotel"

It is a very tired old hotel. Water leaked from the noisy people above us shower into our bathroom. We called the office which was to be open 24/7 to complain about the said noisy neighbors at 10:30pm and got no answer. The light over the bathroom sink randomly worked which was very inconvenient. The bed was very comfy and the decoration was relatively updated. Now..included in the price was a very nice country breakfast with great food and friendly service.

Good room, very comfortable, good refrigerator with freezer. It was in the old section but well maintained. Only problem was the shower water temperature was hard to adjust.

"Stay Somewhere Else!!"

Probably the WORST stay I EVER had and I have been all over the world. Got a total of 2 hours sleep with all the room noise, neighbor noise, water heater and laundry behind the bed, heater sounding like a prop plane, filthy floor, bathroom door didn't close, tv went out, no working phone or clock/radio, room lights were so dim you almost needed a flashlight to see! Stay Away, you have been warned

"Great Breakfast- disappointed on TV not working"

The stay was ok, our TV only had one channel and we reported it but no one ever came to check it out. I was asked by front desk to unplug the receiver and restart it. I did but it still would not work. Reported again and nothing was done. Great breakfast was nice.
