Sunscape Sabor Cozumel

El hotel tiene un equipo que, aunque reducido, se esfuerza por brindar un buen servicio. Los alimentos y bebidas cumplen con lo esperado, pero es evidente que la falta de personal afecta el servicio en los restaurantes. Lamentablemente, las habitaciones y algunas áreas comunes, como los restaurantes, no estaban tan limpias como habríamos deseado. Sin embargo, las actividades nocturnas y en la alberca fueron un gran punto a favor y contribuyeron positivamente a nuestra experiencia.

The staff was very nice. The food was very limited but other than breakfast, what we ate was good. Breakfast at the buffet was not good at all. Very limited, bread was stale and hard, sausage was cut up hot dogs. Our room was clean and the a/c worked very well. Our balcony door did not lock, our tv remote did not work and there weren’t controls on tv, we had to ask for our minibar to be refilled and although we were all inclusive they said they would only bring water, no more soda. The keycard to our room took at least 20 seconds to activate the lock and that was with moving the card in every possible direction before it would open. However, the staff was very nice and the entertainment staff tried very hard to involve everyone and provide entertainment. Everything was very clean and the pool was nice and well maintained.

I liked the service. The staff work hard to accommodate the necessities of the guests and they make you feel welcome. I didn't like the lack of dinning choices. I ate the same food every single day, morning, lunch and dinner. I am not complaining of the taste, I am complaining of the lack of choices.

This was such a relaxing trip! No loud parties or crazy teens. Just peace and quiet.

Overall it wasn’t the worst resort. The majority of the staff were great. Check in: We arrived at 1, our room was not ready until a little after 4. The people at the front desk weren’t very helpful on checking status of room. The room was ok, it was small compared to other resorts we have stayed in. Housekeeping was not the greatest, all the did was pretty much make the beds and change towels for clean ones. It didn’t look like they did any actual cleaning (bathroom, sweeping). The food was ok, they had the same menu every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner there wasn’t much variety.

The property was poorly kept with trash remaining from the previous night every morning. Very limited dining and beverage options. Food quality was poor.

Didn’t feel welcome. Most the staff I tried to speak with, didn’t speak English or just stared at me. Bought all inclusive but no one ever explained what that included.

It is excellent with great options to stay.

Do NOT go here. It’s an absolute scam, the photos look nothing like the property. I came to stay for 10 days and left this hotel the same day I came. The front desk said they’d give me a refund but went back on there word. Horrible service, unclean rooms and flies were sharing my food :(
