The service was awesome! But would suggest door locks are checked before each stay for safety..

El cuarto me lo entregaron hecho un asco. A pesar de que pedí el cuarto 5 pm, estaba empapado cuando llegamos, todo sucio abajo de las camas, las botellas de agua a la mitad (usadas), osea se ve que no hicieron ni el minimo esfuerzo por limpiar la habitación.

Horrible hotel.... bugs on bed... wifi horrible, beach soo dirty, same food everyday, no music, entertainment so boring, just dont go

The employees were very kind and helpful. The food was subpar at best. The room was in the perfect location. But the rooms ac leaked water all over the room. We had to keep towels on the floor to us from slipping on the wet floor. Even with that issue we had fun in Cozumel. Rent a car so you can see the island and meet the sweet people of Cozumel.

Everything was amazing I wish they still allowed you to go to the other restaurants but the food was till good just wish there were more options.

The areas around the hotel well maintained which beautiful garden . The lobby in deplorable condition. The coffee place very dirty we can’t enjoy the coffee but they had a delicious coffee they have good staff everything is very expensive in the shopping area .It’s a petty that in so beautiful island

I was really disappointed w the property. I feel it was short staffed and the dining area is way too small to host the amount of guests for the staff they had. Wish they had more activities over the weekend. One of the rooms we had- didn’t have a knob for the shower. The other the door battery died and it took 5 times to get someone out to replace the battery. There are two ping pong tables, 1 out by lobby, other in youth room- and if you’re not a youth you can’t use the youth room (even though it’s empty! And the outside one is being used by youth) makes no sense. The employees are hard workers, but they need to be better staffed especially seeing their sister properties. Half the time there weren’t enough towels either The breakfast was delicious- and staff again was nice, but need more.
