Limited menu and the food wasn’t good

Heydey, Aaron, and the rest of the entertainment team were awesome. Heydey is one of our favorites! It was my son's 16th birthday and they made him feel special. This was our 5th time here and there have been many changes. One of my favorite things was eating breakfast at what is now Dreams, it was a bummer we could not eat there. This rule should be altered. Gotta give a shoutout to Rigo as well, he's one of our favorites, and a great bartender! Til next time, Hola!

We have traveled to the Sunscape many times and it has always been fabulous. This time however, they have sold part of the resort to another resort and it limited the amenities. The food was not great. I have gluten and dairy allergies and there were not any options. We moved reaorts on the 2nd day

Property is dated and food options are very limited. Staff was very good.

The hotel is in poor condition needs a good cleaning and painting, food service area for buffet really not good should have a covered area so birds cant get at food. They need to buy Windex to clean all glass very dirty.

Love this place .Very safe if you travel by urself

This was our 6th time to the Island and 3rd time at Sabor, unfortunately it has gone down hill drastically to the point that we had to report over a dozen issues. We will not stay at Sunscapes next trip, period. Hamlet Castillo was fantastic and the highlight of the property, saving our family vacation by upgrading us to Dreams for a few last days of the trip. (where we will stay next time)
