The Sunscape was run down. The mini fridge was rusted and gross. The beds need to be replaced. They hurt our backs. There was no room service. Only 2 restaurants and one night both had an hour plus wait. They wouldn’t allow us to take any food back to our room. I asked to move resorts. Paid $520 to move to secrets next door.

Air conditioner just barely kept are room at 80 degrees and the toilet didn't flush without putting your hand in the back. The food well not good most of the time let us go back to secerts buffet i dont understand why they stopped

the room was veri poor maintened, no handle on the bathroom door, the room had some poor repairs, different kind of white on the walls, the chain lock was installed unproperly , the door could not be secured, I had a lizzard running on the ceiling one morning and even they sprayed with something they could not catch it, the very next morning it was on the wall, the bad was bad, the TV has only 5-6 programs and very, very small

My biggest issue with this resort is the food. No flavor, no selection, bland, repetitive and just not good at all. And no back up anything if you did not care for it. The only good thing I can say is the breakfast is ok. Make sure you fill up on that. Always a wait for any meal and wait staff is definitely not enough for the amount of people eating ever. Wait to order and then bring all courses out super fast. Portions are TINY!! Reyes and Antonio (morning waiters)were a ray of sunshine in this experience, and I enjoyed sitting in their section. My toilet screamed after flushing and was not fixed during stay lol, pretty annoying but worked. NOT ENOUGH CHAIRS BY POOL OR BEACH EVERY SINGLE DAY. If you don’t “claim a chair by 7 or so you are out of luck!! Beach was amazing so take your chances on everything else.

My room was in a neglected building furthest from the lobby, 25. The exterior of the building was neglected, moldy and peeling paint. I am surprised the door entry worked as it was completely weathered. Inside smelled musty, there was mold, dirty floors, broken bedside lamp, no washcloths, conditioner. The mattress was hard as a rock. And the worse part was when I untucked the bed and found a dirty mattress full of holes. Disgusting and unacceptable!! No response from the front desk. My girlfriend’s room ac was leaking, an actual puddle on the floor. This is how the room was delivered to her and all they did was give her towels to clean it up herself!! She was in the same building down an unlit path behind the back and all the things lacking. Response to her was “this isn’t dreams we don’t have bath robes.” Horrible!! Do not stay here!! Hyatt should be ashamed!!! And it wasn’t cheap.

I can say nothing positive about this hotel. We booked a one night stay after a flight cancellation after staying in adjoining sister Hyatt property. This hotel was expensive and upon arrival into room the air conditioner unit had flooded the room. We had to clean up the mess ourselves. Bell staff just walked away. Room was in horrible condition. No hangars, no wash clothes, no bath mats, no hair dryer, no conditioner. Chipped paint everywhere, mold in room and walkway to room. No coffee maker. Speaking electric outlets, unplugged refrigerator. It is the motel 6 of all inclusive properties. Room is absolutely disgusting. Management must address our concerns and concessions must be offered as this property is beyond unacceptable.
