The room was very small,it was on ground floor but a long walk to get to it. Mobility issue.

The room was ok, the hotel itself was a bit on tired looking side with the decor, the window frames are not in a good condition.

Mattresses where too hard, only one pillow, asked for additional pillows on three separate occasions, but no additional pillows where forth coming.

The location

Although the hotel was clean, the hotel needs updating! At breakfast we were directed to a table that hadn’t been cleared or cleaned from the previous guests and had walked past one that was already set up. We then had to chase the staff up to ask to clear, clean and set it up. The breakfast had not been replenished so there was items missing. The last straw was no mugs for a cup of tea and had to chase staff up again so we could get a cup of tea as the juice machine was not working properly either so I don’t think we got value for money for our stay and don’t think we will be returning
