The room was nice. Big and clean

Front desk person was very unfriendly. Not welcoming at all. He seemed impatient and grouchy. Also the mattress NEEDS to be changed. Uncomfortable and it had a sour smell. The woman who was running the breakfast was alone and run off her feet. She had no help.

Bij aankomst bleek dat we 1 kamer voor 4 personen kregen terwijl we via Booking 2 kamers voor 2personen hadden geboekt. Geluk is dit door het personeel aangepast

Front staff was very friendly & welcoming and made the check-in process quick and easy.

Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. We evacuated the building, but there was no communication on what happened. With that being said .. We would still stay here again. :)

Fire place didn’t work and the pool was VERY dirty

The staff were the most friendly people i've encountered at any hotel in all of canada so far... would stay there any time. I'm relocated to the area and the waitstaff in the breakfast spot absolutely made me feel like home. So much brilliant conversation about the area and the best places to be... LOVE THOSE WOMEN!

The only negative i can say is that when i was there so were many many children's hockey teams and while i love seeing kids enjoy life and have fun... perhaps some control over the ever lasting hallway hockey game would have been prudent as the game nearly took out my sister with mobility issues.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant, aside from a few minor issues. I did encounter some ants in the bathroom, but that was manageable. However, I was taken aback by a call from the front desk regarding my emotional support dog. Although we have provided the necessary certificates in the past, it seemed there was a mix-up, as they forgot to note it on my reservation. The abrupt nature of the call caught me off guard, especially since this was a complimentary night and we book an extra night with that ,following a previous reservation. During that earlier stay, we had already changed rooms multiple times, so I found it surprising that this issue arose. On the day of our departure, we requested an extended checkout, and the same staff member told me he would call back. When he did return, he mentioned we couldn't extend our stay. I asked for his name, but he declined to provide it. After concluding that conversation, he called me back about 15 minutes later to offer either a 1:00 or 1:30 checkout time, which I found to be somewhat unusual. Regarding breakfast, it could have been warmer and better stocked, but it was acceptable overall. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and I appreciate my overall experience at your establishment.

Everything but the staff

Stayed there 4 times this year. Money always came off my visa debit card. Went to check in 5pm CHRISTMAS EVE!!!! With my booking and the guy wouldn't check me in because I didnt have a credit card....never have yet somehow I've stayed there 4 times this year including the hot tub jacuzzi suite room. Never again. Absolutely so not acceptable.
