Excellent value for money. Pleasant , helpful staff , large room, nice bathroom , quiet hotel. La Defence may not suit all as it lacks the charm of other areas however the fact that it was pedestrianised suited us as we were travelling with a child so no traffic to worry about on the way to the excellent metro stations close by. The large shopping complex offers a choice of restaurants. We would definitely recommend for a family stay.

Hotel is a bit dated now. We have stayed 3 times before and enjoyed each stay however on this occasion the hotel is now a bit run down with wear and tear and in need of refurbishment.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The bed must have been the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Very clean and spacious room.

My family has a wonderful stay at Sofitel Paris La Defense. Although the hotel itself is bit old. But the service is excellent. All the staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely go back to this hotel next time we visit Paris.

For a 5 star hotel it was just okay. I stay in many hotels around La Defense this was the most expensive and not worth the price

Dilapidated rooms with marks stains, wear and tear visible in all parts of the room. Has not been maintained and does not live up to the Sofitel standards

The best service and breakfast in the whole city by far

The location is great. They were also very accommodating when we arrived early and we were able to rest after a long flight.
