The carpet was smelly. It did not look clean. I cannot breathe. I have lung problems.

It was run down room was dirty and when checking out a day early because of the uncleanliness of the property I was told that I would not be getting a refund. Having a baby with me and staying in this facility was not an option. Denying me a refund because of this was just unacceptable.

Hotel room was clean and there were plenty of clean towels in the bathroom. Coffee maker in room was stocked and ready to brew the coffee.

Hotel could use some maintenance. Peeling wallpaper in some areas and cracked doors in other areas. Breakfast was limited to mostly waffles or cereal.

Nice person at front polite,efficient .We felt welcome right way. Parking good and safe.My only true discomfort was the bed and pillows, but Im old,sleeping is always a challenge!
