Rodeway Inn & Suites Nampa

Ended up not needing the room. Requested a refund and they denied it. I wouldn't recommend booking at this place.

Musty mildew smell the minute you entered the lobby. Never went away.

The whole place seemed like it was falling apart.

The receptionist and the cleaner were beyond helpful and amazing!

I started off knowing that it wasn’t going to be cleanest of cleans because of the style of hotel. I’m fine with that. However, the pillow in the room was notably yellow. There was hair in the sheets. The bathroom heat light cover was broken and the fixtures were exposed and the dust would fall when the light was turned on. The staff were nice. The booking was easy. I’d stay again on a budget but definitely bringing my own blanket and pillow.

I ended up getting sick during check-out and I feel so bad for not getting her name but the lovely lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was okay before my drive, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff here are absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend for a cozy convenient place to stay.

The property started out nice,then the pool was not cleaned for I'd say 5 out of the six days we stayed at the location, the managers from the day shift were great tried there best I'd say, then you have the ass hole night manager,very rude ,foul language, discriminatory, demanding as well as prejudice against motorcycle clubs that weren't from the local area,also likes to be little his staff and carries an attitude like he couldn't be touched, also doesn't know the difference between yellow or red on the curb out front parking loading or unloading zones, the have a lot of things to work on including the room services and attention to detail, for the price I guess what did I expect right 😂

This was overall a horrible experience. We ended up not even staying and had to get a new hotel. The hotel is rundown and not clean. From the moment we drove into the parking lot we felt unsafe and the manager who was at the desk was not easy to work with.

Tough neighborhood.

There were individuals that weren't actually staying at the hotel that were harrasing us while having breakfast. The room had multiple holes and paint chunks missing from the walls. And we had to kill multiple bugs in the room. Will not be retruning.
