This is a DRUG ADDICT HOTEL THAT SHOULD NOT EVEN BE LEGAL!! - DONT STAY HERE. - You will be overcharged for immediately cancelling a booking when seeing this disgusting place.. then never refunded. The staff are lying, screaming drug-heads too. And Booking.com is a SCAM NOW, NOT THE COMPANY IT USED TO BE… (new scam owners..) - they said they’d take this hotel off their chart but never will. They love supporting this SICK Drug Money place…

We didn't even get to stay at the hotel and you guys still didn't refund their money, it was such a s*** hole. Hey you guys were no help at all, enjoy my $369 🤬

The beds were comfortable and there were multiple pillows to choose for firmness.

The building was musty/smoking even though we asked for smoke free room. The toilet was leaking and management only cleaned the bathroom floor and said to keep an eye on it despite water stains on the supply line coming out of the wall. Desk staff was extremely slow to respond to the desk or the phone

Shutting down breakfast 15 min before it ended. On the one day we did get breakfast it was just cereal and waffles. Never once did they come by to clean rooms. (It was a 4 day stay) staff was rude and very abrasive

Cheep room with a comfortable bed right off the highway. Bathroom was dirty with a hole in the door and painters tape still around towel holder from paint. Microwave was at least 30 years old. Elevator was filthy. Front desk was empty and unattended for about 10 minutes when we arrived, but the gentleman who ended up assisting us was nice.

There was a lady at the front desk day shift sat and she was amazing the rest was awful

Horrendous Experience - Avoid at All Costs My recent stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The front desk gentleman on duty was not only incredibly rude and dismissive of our concerns, but he also created serious security and safety issues. He gave my credit card information to two other guests who were not even part of my group – a shocking breach of privacy and a major security risk. Beyond that, his behavior towards my daughter in our other rented room was completely unacceptable. He exhibited harassing behavior and even followed her with her dog. This made us feel incredibly unsafe and violated. The complete disregard for guest privacy, security, and personal boundaries displayed by this individual is alarming. This isn't just about bad customer service; it's about a fundamental failure to ensure guest safety and uphold basic professional standards. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. There are no screens in the windows holes in wall and doors - i want my full refund back this was ridiculous

All charged and couldn’t get my refund back staff was rude and was going to let my 17 year old stay in the parking lot when out of state when room was previously paid for and charged

Showerhead had a lot of hard water mineral build up and was floppy. One bed was pushed up against the wall and AC. Made getting out of bed interesting.
