It was clean, old and needs some work but clean

THE BEDS!. I have a bad back and we got 2 queen beds with our puppy and those beds were the worst.. like from the 70's. My husband would move n it sounded like someone was hitting the windows due to the springs on the ... sorry

I didn't feel safe. Our door lock was loose. Stairwell was busy and load all night. Outdoor pool was open so anyone could walk in. Smoke free floor but smelled smoky. Our windows were open when we arrived and curtains were ripped. Room was clean but building old and smelled in halls.

The hotel was dirty and someone had a key to our room and walked in. Not recommended!

I would’ve like if I was able to stay with my reservation

Stayed in my car for the night with my five year old son.

Horrible!! Never again

It was very very unclean, did not change sheets , bathroom and the room was not clean , will not be back ever.

I would say this was one of the most 'unique' stays I've ever encountered. Upon check-in, front desk girl was wonderful, sweet, chatty and that gave me hope. Housekeeping was backed up or behind, she said I needed to wait 5 min, no problem. Grab my bags and head up to the 3rd floor. Opened the door, and that's when things got 'unique'. The security door lock did not work, but the top one was working so I felt I would be ok, vanity light over the sink and coffee/pot area, not working? Back downstairs I go, they will just move me to another room. Back upstairs I go and find housekeeper to inform her, she was resting in another room texting on her phone???? I tell her I am switching rooms due to lights not working in my room, she seemed surprised since they had just fixed it, she comes to my room, starts digging behind coffee pot and finds an extension cord that she plugs in and BAM, light is on. Okay I can live with that. Here is where it just went downhill: Toilet ran every 83 seconds, yes I timed it. I shut the water off. TV would power on but nobody was home, no picture, sound, nothing. I was tired and figured not worth my time going back downstairs again. The room included a mini fridge and microwave, not in the cabinet, found it in the corner stacked on top of each other, pretty sure it was a garage sale find. Light bulbs missing or not working in several lamps, shower was nice and hot tho.

We did not love our stay. The smell when we checked in was terrible, the outside of the building was very outdated, paint peeling everywhere. As a woman traveling with my mom, I did not feel safe in the parking my car in the zoned parking area, our bathroom door had two holes created by a fist in it, the floor was dirty, and the hallway getting up to our room was also dirty and unkept. It was a budget hotel so I guess you get what you paid for. I will not be returning to this place.

The room was fine. Both the toilet and bathroom sink faucet were very wobbly. The hotel sort of felt not safe. Breakfast was make your own waffles, some granola bars and cereal with milk, juice and coffee. The best thing was the ice water in the lobby on hot afternoons.
