Rodeway Inn & Suites Nampa

I have pictures and videos of my stay there it was terrible and dirty no shower curtain leaks in the toilet the sink in the hotel room stains on pillows and mattress the owner and staff are unprofessional I’m taking them to court it was not ok

No housekeeping service at all on a 4 night stay. Tired, run down, worn out room.

It was convenient to my travel plans, and not too exspensive

While I like having a pool and mostly we had the pool to ourselves the bottom was dirty, every time my foot or hand hit the bottom a cloud came up. Also after walking around the room, after a shower I noticed the bottoms of my feet were getting dirty, I assume the floor hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Pro: Friendly staff Con: everything else. Probably the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. The building upkeep was extremely poor and the breakfast consisted of pancakes, raisin brand, and a BAG of apples. The room had a ton of unfinished repairs on the walls, baseboard trim falling off, and the second floor had a steady leak into our bathroom. (they did refund us $50 and allowed us to shower in another room). Along with the hotel conditions, our neighbor returned to their room at 2:45am and stayed up until 7:30am playing music, with the tv on, laughing with friends, and not caring about noise. This was continuous and didn’t stop. Unfortunately, our entire stay was interrupted, as we stopped to sleep at 2:30am and got back on the road by 8:30am. The overall value considering the $50 refund, was still not worth the stay. (Sadly, I overpaid since it was last minute.) A note to the owner - PLEASE spend a little money on repairs and upkeep. The overall conditions and beautification is extremely poor.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, I knew we were mislead by the photos. Once inside we were greeted by a funky smell, broken tiles, and run down facilities; but no staff. This place was just scary. Nonway could I stay here with my daughters. While waiting for someone to show up and acknowledge us, I got back on booking.com and made a reservation elsewhere. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to cancel my Rodeway reservation through the ap. I tracked down a housekeeping attendant that was able to call someone to the front desk. Upon his arrival, he was too busy talking on his cell phone to be bothered by helping me for a few more minutes before telling me that he couldn't cancel my reservation. What I thought was a value was money wasted. I never saw a room. The pictures of the lobby weren't of the lobby I was in, so I've got no idea what they even looked like. I didn't check in to the room in hopes of getting my money back.

Cleanliness was not too good. Did not feel comfortable. Seemed like it needed to be updated.

Our room was double booked & we were told there were no accommodations for us, so sorry, go kick rocks....When we asked for our room charges back we were told to call the company and request it... This hotel does not care about their customers! Do not stay here!

The hotel was clean and inexpensive. However, the property was in desperate need of repair. My door was damaged. The walls were damaged.

Great price! Comfortable rooms.

Horrible! Someone came in room very early and the staff didn’t know who had cards to the rooms. Very dirty. They won’t give you towels or washcloths. Very rude staff! No breakfast. Mold on walls. Tv didn’t work. Metal shards sticking out of walls. Nothing like the pics listed. Smells like smoke and mold.
