Sign was falling apart. It smelled, pool was dirty. Upstairs floor were dirty. They wouldn't give me a refund when I stated I wasnt happy. I didnt get pics of the pool but there was sand, dirt and leaves on the bottom.

No bathtub plug. Requested a bathtub but couldn't use it. Room smelled. Had to evacuate at 1230am. Lied to. No consensions were made to anyone for the inconvenience.

This facility is more than terrible. I would not recommend it at all, The carpet in the room was so dirty that my feet stuck to it. they had a coffee machine,but it had no coffee pot., there were two of us in the room and there was only one hand towel. they said that was standard! The air conditioner was so noisy that we had to turn it off. The temp. outside that night was 100 degrees.To top it off we were evacuated from the hotel at 1:45 AM because of a suspected gas leak! We were sent out to wait in a parking lot.

Was great….. until they constantly started charging my card for EVERYTHING I stated on my online reservation that I had animals but yet they still charged me $150 and then they proceeded to charge me for a night that I was in fact not there…. There is a family living/working there and they watch you on the cameras like a hawk and the “cleaning” people are constantly on their phones pretending to be working. Pool water is extremely cold even on a hot day, rooms are small and rooms get hot fast and on top of it my window did not open at all. It felt muggy in my room because I had to constantly run the AC

The Staff was great, everyone was helpful and nice. The rooms do need to be upgraded and fixed as the beds where hard and the rooms wall paper was coming off. But for the price it was a good deal.
