"We areived around 5 and asked the pool area but they said it was closed and will be open the next day😞, whoever cleaned"

Location to the ball field

First they said our room wasnt clean. We were there at 9pm. Then they said they'd put us in a different room with a sofa bed for the kids. Ended up being the room we needed. Only 2 towels. My husband went to get more the staff lady was looking for toilet paper for a different person. Couldn't find any and told her she'd have to take some out of the lobby bathroom. They didn't have any clean towels for us. We had to go buy towel.. My son had played baseball all day and we all needed a shower. I was very unhappy with this location. We do travel baseball and I will never book with his hotel again.

"Good place"

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet place.

I booked a room with two queen-size beds—paying 100% upfront at the time of booking, but when I arrived to check in, no such room was available. Instead, I was given a room with one king-size bed and a small unfolding sofa bed, which was terribly uncomfortable and lacked an extra mattress. This was very disappointing.

The young man at the desk who also took care of breakfast was wonderful! Friendly efficient and an excellent asset to your company! I forgot to ask his name he made our stay! He worked in Salisbury on Saturday morning 5/23/2026. The man deserves a raise!

"Horrible. Stay away. Glorified motel"

Nothing, terrible area. Dirty room. People doing drugs abs drinking outside the room. We left and asked for a refund but they refused.
