Breakfast and location

I had to carry my bags up to the second floor. The hotel is located in the industrial area of a main highway not close by to any restaurants. There is no heat in the room currently. I called the hotel desk to get help turning it on. Concerning this is a relatively new facility it’s outrageous that air-conditioning or heat wasn’t turned on upon my arrival. The Facility is surrounded by 10 foot tall iron gates and it looks very much like a prison. In the future, I think I will begin investigating hotels and make my own reservations. I am very disappointed with this hotel.

I had to carry my bags up stairs to the room. Neither Heat nor air conditioning was turned on upon my arrival and I had to call the front desk to have someone help me turn on the heat because it’s going down to 55°F tonight. The hotel is located in an industrial area off of a main highway and it’s surrounded by a 10 foot tall iron gate and iron fence and it looks like a prison In the future, I plan to consider making my own hotel reservations, cause I think I can find places that are more suitable to my needs and are more attractive looking.

The staff was professional and courteous

The whole place is fenced in and you have to use your room key to open the gate to get on the property. They allow dogs and it was very quiet. All of the staff was super friendly

The young lady that checked us in was very kind & friendly. And even the morning staff was very kind & friendly. The room was nice and I loved the lighting on the desk where the TV is located.

I would have liked to have known before booking that I would be charged a extra $100 (refundable deposit) as long as the room was left with no damages. The remote for the TV was hard to understand but I realized later that you have to charge the remote. So I used my own phone charger to charge the stupid remote. Remotes should be charging for guest NOT GUESTS USING HIS OR HER OWN CHARGER TO GET A REMOTE TO WORK TO BE ABLE TO WATCH TV. Or at least get a remote you don't have to charge for your guests.
