"Very pleasant"

The hot breakfast was very delicious. Exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I didn't like was the urine smell that was in the hallway leading to my room. Also there was a light in the bathroom that wouldn't turn off and was giving off so much heat.

Request handicapped rooms, with early arrival which was granted only to arrive and have no rooms and then put on second floor, with no elevators, ice machines not working, Nightmare.

Accommodation and communication among employees, should have received 2 handicapped rooms,after confirmation inadvanced notification with early check-in, only to receive 2 rooms on second level, todal dissater,chaos,no wash cloths in room,had to request, and ice machine broken, overall experience totally disheartened, disabled veterans deserve much better
