"Loud and noisy ac unit, could not sleep. No hair dryer when I wash my hair. Was able to receive one late in the night. B"

Location to my event . Was in town for Thanksgiving.

Had to go outside to reach the breakfast room SMH!! Front desk clerk was not friendly , did not see name , she was wearing a jacket,also had a bit of attitude!!

Locks don’t work and they make me check for four times; they switch me to another room which was not cleaned and ready, and they have to look for another room. My reservation was done 2 weeks before. I will never stay there again.
