Best Western Salisbury Plaza

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we opened the door to no sheets or pillow cases on the bed, urine on the toilet and candy wrappers all over the nightstands and floors. It was dirty to say the least! We walked right back out and got our money back. Neighborhood was not great and park lot is gated. Do not stay here.

The breakfast was delicious. Our room was superb. The staff was delightful and welcoming. We even met the owner The lobby was beautiful

We requested a room on the ground floor and didn't get it. Every day we requested to be moved and were rudely told nothing was available. The last two nights we were there the place was almost empty of other guests. Access to the pool was limited because you couldn't get in and had to request a staff member to open it. The free breakfast was terrible and staff didn't keep it stocked with food and drink. The room was not clean. Furniture in room was broken/not working properly. Staff was not friendly and when checking out was told my receipt was only available to be emailed to me. I never received an email and even asked for it to be sent again. They charged a $205 charge to my card 2 days after leaving. No reason given when I called and no call back happened as requested. Still no receipt sent to me. I feel like I was scammed by this property.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Rooms weren’t in the best condition, but they were doable and the breakfast was delicious

This place is right off the highway, of you go too fast you'll miss it. Also, the Expedia location, map, is wrong, ot stops you 2 blocks before the actual hotel entrance, so put it into your gps manually. The place was pretty good, very clean, easy to get around.

Location was relatively close to the university, clean.

Bathroom room stuck and was harder to close, pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable but worked.

Black mold on bathroom countertop. Liquid hand soap bottle not filled. Tv remote didn't work. Room wasn't made up (they were short staffed). Clock was set to the wrong time, but there were no buttons to reset it. Phone in the room had no buttons to push to get the front desk-- it was a "skeleton" phone. No light in the shower. Overall a dark, depressing room. EXTREMELY OVER PRICED.

I liked how clean the beds were. I liked that when I reported two issues upon check in they were immediately handeled.

I think the $100 damage fee is a lot. Usually it's about $50.
