There were renovation work going on around reception which made navigating the area difficult. Spa reception was unmanned so getting towels was difficult. Bar staff chatting with colleagues and ignoring customers. Felt it was very overpriced.
GBAs a blind traveller, often travelling independently I was impressed with the orientation briefing I was given at the reception desk, followed by a detailed explkaination inthe room of where the critical items I needed to know about where (light swirches, charging points, bathroom/shower orientation, etc) + emergency procedures. This exceeded my expectations and puts many other hotels to shame. A big thank you to V the Customer Affairs Manager and his staff.

I think breakfast staff may have been absent or sick as every breakfast felt like not enough staff to deal with all guests.
