GBVery new & clean, staff were genuinely lovely & accommodating. Views were cute too.
It’s a shame you need to upgrade just to have a bath in the room. The facilities should be open a bit later (after check out) as I think the spa use should be until 2pm considering the next check in isn’t until 3pm.

GBI have emailed the hotel regards concerns with the building works going on earlier in the morning. Whilst listened to the response was not satisfactory Although ok the breakfast was very basic One salt and pepper between all the tables was ridiculous
