Overall its was a good hotel. I would definitely stay again. Wouldn't pay for the breakfast as disappointing and over priced
Hotel was fine for a night or two. Room was tiny and bathroom smelt musty
Good location close to the city center. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was standard but good. It's worth buying the day before you eat. This saves you approximately 5 pounds.

It was a stop off to our destination for our little city break in York. Loved the health suite and the breakfast was brilliant. Our room was perfect and in a quiet location…. Thank you. There was a lady with learning difficulties at breakfast which looked like she could have done with a mentor to guide her more. She just looked lost. My one other fault was the charge for dogs… it states £25 dog package but nothing was included. I have been to other hotels and they have left some doggie goodies for less than £25. Just an idea to maybe move forward.
