Beds were nice, room was clean and comfortable

Room service was terrible, couldn't eat much. The cleaning system for rooms didn't make sense - popped a notice on the door saying no cleaning needed = $10 off food, but then had no way to claim it on room service. Also meant we couldn't have replacement coffee pods? Didn't seem to make sense. Breakfast most mornings was cold.
