"An average service for a high priced hotel"

Taj Palace and the lake it is on.

The staff are not trained properly and hence our stay was effected. They did try to resolve the issue once we complained, The worst thing about the hotel is a flute player outside bedrooms who plays a flute constantly from 8am - 10am and then again 5pm till 7pm, We had travelled a long way from UK and did not appreciate being woken up by flute player each morning.

Very peaceful even though it’s next door to the noisy town. Clean, comfortable and unique in showcasing the heritage of Rajasthan. We loved the food, service by caring staff and evening folk music entertainment.
