Bella Beach - All Inclusive

Rooms were clean. They accommodated my request to have my room and my friend’s room together. Staff was polite and kind. Over all hospital and 5star experience was with Madam Tonia, restaurant manager. Thanks for making my birthday memorable.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, after all stay of 1 week, a couple + 2 toddlers The good: food- the chef is working hard to keep the guests pleased, salt water pool, proximity to the beach The bad: the hotel is outdated. The rooms are very outdated and so is the maintenance- during shower the drain is overflowing and foul smell fills the bathroom(when I told it to the receptionist- the answer I got was that that’s the way the plumbing is and there is nothing to do about it), cleaning level is bad- I especially placed an empty cup under the table on day one and it was still there by the end of our stay, balcony had a wasp nest and nothing was done about it too. Absolutely no entertainment for kids, pictures of the hotel show a playground- IRL I would give them a tetanus shot after playing there- filthy and unmaintained. animation crew was non existent. Bottom line- Lower your expectations before going there, we definitely won’t be back.

Everything was good except some of the staff

Nous pensons que cet hôtel ressort plutôt d’un 3.5 voir peut être 4 étoiles mais certainement pas 5 étoiles. Au restaurant,la plupart des plats était froid. La crème glacée n’était pas bien réfrigérée et fondait à vue d’œil dans le buffet. Il manquait souvent d’assaisonnement. Le choix de la nourriture était correct mais nous avions tregûierement la même chose, à part quelques petit plats. Pour les cocktails, plusieurs ne goûtait rien. Pour la plage et la piscine, il faudrait plus de parasol. Énormément de gens réservait leur trsnssat dès le matin mais n’allait pas à la piscine ni à la plage, donc personnes ne pouvait prendre les transat. Les chambres étaient correct mais devrait être modernisée. Pour la salle de bain, impossible le de prendre une douche sans tout inonder. Concernant l’animation le soir, franchement la mini disco était ridicule. Une mascotte et un jeu de lumière ajouterait beaucoup d’ambiance. La musique était qu’en allemand. Et ça, c’était quand il y avait la mini disco car deux jours de suite, personne n’est venu. Concernant les événements pour les adultes le soir… il faudrait arranger le micro car ça faisait très ordinaire et pas professionnel du tout. Il manque beaucoup de standing pour arriver à 5*

Bathroom flooded every time you had a shower.

We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just sharing our feelings. We definitely recommend the place, and of course we will go back there soon!

Great stay, very friendly staff. Food and drinks very good. Plenty of space at the pool and sun loungers on the beach.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Bella Beach. Vor allem hat uns die Lage direkt am Strand begeistert - und die Liegen dort waren kostenfrei (hat man nicht oft, selbst bei All inklusive). Das Essen war gut, hat uns nichts gefehlt und man konnte neben dem normalen Buffet auch zwei Restaurants im Hotel besuchen. Was für uns ein super Pluspunkt war, dass das Personal deutsch gesprochen hat und wir so einfacher kommunizieren konnten. Transfer vom Flughafen hin und zurück lief sehr organisiert ab - da hatten wir schon anderes erlebt. Das Einzige was uns aufgefallen ist - die Zimmer könnten vielleicht renoviert und modernisiert werden. Aber es war zu keinem Zeitpunkt unhygienisch oder dreckig. Wie können das Bella Beach auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Hotel was really great but just lacked the extract something that would make it great. The rooms and facilities were reasonable but a little outdated. The entertainment was not great. after days the food was getting alittle repeatative. Great for a short break and total value for money.
