"Fatima Made Our Stay Comfortable and Easy"

Our front desk manager, Fatima, was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. She took the initiative to sign us up for IHG One Rewards which we really appreciated. She also kindly provided us with an accessible room which was incredibly thoughtful and worked perfectly for my mom. On top of that, she made sure we received the quiet, top-floor room we wanted. We were given all the information we needed, and our stay has been very pleasant. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We are very happy we chose this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to others.
