Rooms are very nice, clean.

The hotel was convenient and felt safe. Parking wasn't an issue. Hotel had free laundry 24hrs. Coffee 24hrs. Rooms were spacious.

There wasn't much to like I guess if I had to choose I would say the seating area outside. The parking garage privacy and the landscaping outside but otherwise it was a very eye opening experience and I will NEVER stay at another Candlewood location in that area PERIOD!!

There was nothing to like from the first point of contact I really wanted to say " Never mind, I'll go elsewhere. The front lady had a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE with me oh but when the daughter of some guy she knew who apparently called ahead to speak with her she allowed the daughter to use the dad's credit card for the reservation. She gave her the utmost treatment by canceling what she originally booked and only charged her for one night she upgraded her room but didn't charge her extra but told.me she didn't have any more rooms available to change mine so I would just have to deal with it. So to see her treated like royalty and me like a peasant pissed me off because I felt discriminated against and it was due to my skin because I held my tongue until she basically called me a lie, after she put me in a handicap accessible room just to accommodate the other young lady and I know she thought I didn't observe that but I did and its probably why she was rude to the group of young ladies before me. But whatever, so when I asked if there was a reason she put me in a handicapped room she argued me down then called someone down to go check, and after he said it was she still went to look for herself after she finished catering to a lady that came after me and had me wait because this lady was apparently more important being that she knew her dad. THAT is not customer service one bit but I stood there waiting and waiting because I knew I would definitely complete a survey and voice every concern I encountered. Once she finally checked and saw for herself then she wanted to try and redeem herself because she acted like a fool and she was dead wrong but at this point, I didn't want to hear anything and definitely wasn't for your fake ass antics now the damage had already been done. So for a check-in that should have taken 10 or 15 minutes.

The room wasn't the cleanest, you can tell the housekeepers are not thoroughly cleaning the rooms because there was dried up food left on the side of the lounge chair. There was also a dog smell in the room, we had to spray perfume in the air vents to tolerate the smell upon entering the room. Some of the front staff members wasn't the friendliest when requesting fresh towels. I will not stay here again, I'll more than likely stay at one of the other facilities in that same area as it was very convenient to visit the destinations we wanted to visit. Also, there are not any grills available there, please update the site and parking isn't free!
