Alex the manager at least told me he was, would not let us stay because of the additional $100 deposit. Anytime I asked him a question he pretended not to understand me. He would not tell me the name of the owner. I left to figure out the deposit and he was nowhere to be found. I waited for another 20 min. The worst customer service from a hotel I have ever had.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was really friendly. The hotel offers more commodities than we expected, and overall this Hotel was among the nicest we've stayed for the price. If you're traveling to Wichita or even through it, definitely check this place out.

This hotel was not worth a penny! Smell was horrible. Torn sheets on the bed. Missing a bulb in the bathroom but instead of replacing it they stuck a towel where it was supposed to be. Was supposed to have an arcade and nothing was working. Sliding door to the common area was in rough shape. Would not send anyone to this hotel!

The actual room is excellent for the price. TV was excellent. Water-instant hot. Excellent driver at any time to get to airport terminal building. Ignorant staff at AA would not let me board (I was turned away due to mechanical, A/C later departed 1.5 hr late after I was told flight was cancelled) Returned to Red Roof. Went to original room, then switched at 11:00 am to another room with a heater.

The theromastat in the first room did not work. Temp stayed at 62-68 * the entire time. Freezer in little refrig did not work properly. No coffee maker in either room, television remote on and off, towel rack fell off wall in shower room, phone did not work due to bad connector, microwave did not work, toilet seat fell off. There is only limited candy in the two vending machines. Nearest food is a 20 minute walk, a steak house, open at 3:00 pm. There was heat in 210
