There was water damage on the ceilings and bathrooms walls were peeling horribly. Water pipes froze so no running water in the morning

We usually always have a pleasant time staying here it's quiet affordable close to where we need to be and it's very clean

It's a great hotel but on the older side and it shows, nt much in immediate area but just 5 minutes from plenty of stores and restaurants.

We stayed here for one night before our early morning flight. There was something going on late into the night, not sure what but it was LOUD and there was a lot of light coming into our room through the window (I think it was a window facing the inside?) so that kept us up as well as the mattress being ridiculously uncomfortable. Neither of us got much sleep at all. However; staff was nice at check in and out, and the room was clean.

"Great place very quiet clean and comfortable"

The rooms were huge and spotless and it was so quiet and comfortable. I didn't have to listen to the neighbors being all loud or obnoxious. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay.

I didn't like how the front desk people insisted on coming in my room and inspecting my room in order for me to extend my stay and insisting that I allow housekeeping to come in and clean. I understand they have health laws and such but I have a dog that is allergic to the industrial cleaners that the motels always use to clean their rooms with and so I always come with my own mop and broom and dustpan and my all natural cleaning products that are safe for animals. I don't use those heavily scented and harsh cleaners and bleach that the motels like to use. It really makes my dog sick. And even though I explained that he still wanted the housekeeping to clean my room but I refused it when housekeeping came to the door. My dogs health is top priority for me.

Thank you for such a great stay. The room was wonderful, exceeding our expectations with cleanliness and space, beautiful bedding and linens, and a very unique architectural design with the inverted patio overlooking the conference area… truly a remarkable experience.
