"Super refreshing mini break"

Such a stately hotel the lounge so wonderful to sit and read and the gardens are beautifully in bloom. The gym and spa were so relaxing with the lovely relaxing area over looking the sea we had a super refreshing mini break thankyou

"Past its best time"

The hotel is a beautiful building, and the location was perfect: a 20-minute walk from the station and 5 minutes to the beach and Bournemouth center, which I was visiting. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view was amazing.

The decor was very tired. You can see that in its prime, many years ago, it would have been gorgeous. It felt like being in a retirement home. You could hear the televisions from opposite rooms, which for a luxury suite is poor. The breakfast was also very poor, with not much choice: sausages, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, and overcooked bacon—all very dried out. No fruit or pastries.

Brilliant location. Very nice view. Nice leisure centre. Rich breakfast , spacious venue. Loved the live entertainment.

Jacuzzi was not working for 2 days in the leisure centre. I feel it is not fair to check in at 3 pm then asked to check out at 11 am. Usually in most hotels the difference between check in and out is 2-3 hours never 4!!
