The room was not what I seen in the picture. It had strong smell in the corridors and inside the rooms. The staff were not friendly.

Very old hotel and expensive

We upgraded our room and we had the best view ever and for a fair price. I couldn’t not recommend more.

The breakfast could have a bit more options, but was delicious.

The location was amazing and the building was perfect. Staff were very friendly and the entertainment team were absolutely amazing. Great singers and all around perfect entertainment. We were also upgraded for free as it was our anniversary snd cant forget the complimentory bottle of chardonnay from the entertainment team aswell. Massive shout out to Sophie, Emily, Aiden and Bailey!!!

The buffet didnt smell great at all most days. The food looked alright at best but we never ate there as the smell was too much. £25 for 2 double vodkas and lemonade is rediculous. Can buy a whole bottle of ABSOLUT for less.

1) The hotel in Bournemouth close to the sea side this was quite nice to have 2) The hotel itself (ground floor, lobby, and restaurant) were not bad, high ceilings, good furniture, which gave a good vibe about it. 3) They had some life performances which did not really interest us, but worth mentioning here.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-yinrXoQ-c 1) We were given a room 606, told the room is on the 2nd floor, took the lift up, the door opened and the sign did not point anywhere to lead us to the room, there were signs that said (for example Room 200-220 -> LEFT, and Rooms 220-240 -> RIGHT), but nothing on 606 or anything about the 600 range, we wondered around, we checked the lift, there was only 2 floors accessible, so could not be a floor-plan issue, until about 10 minutes were we saw one of the staff cleaning rooms, we asked about this and she said (yes, the signs are very confusing... go left, through the doors, and then right)... we followed that, and as we approached a very narrow alleyway which was about (or less than) 50cm wide we could finally see a sign that says 606 is this way... so, this was our first impression. 2) The room was tiny, I mean just about enough to fit a bed in there and that's about it, there was a TV on the wall about 15" wide (smallest TV I've ever seen), didn't bother with that as we weren't there to watch any programs, there was a a small table and a small closet, the room itself had carpet, it did not smell good, but as we were there to enjoy the sea-side, we decided to ignore these things. 3) The worst nightmare: We could not sleep at all, literally sweating all night, the room could not be vented out as the windows were sealed-shut, no air-condition, we felt like choking, no air to breath, sweating like no tomorrow, and no matter what we did, we could not sleep for also another reason: 4) The toilet seems to be broken from the past, I filmed a video to show the issue, there was a white piece of plastic broken inside the cistern where nobody bothered repairing it, this caused the toilet to have dripping / fountain sounds all night and was literally impossible to get back to sleep whatsoever.
