location

room hadn't been cleaned for weeks possibly months, the room was tiny - not enough room to swing a cat, poor ventilated during hot days, dusty fans provided, insufficient cleaning staff for the number of rooms, lack of customer service in general, lack of customer parking, hallway smelt of smoking outside, lack of remedial action from staff. wont be styaying here ever again!

I told them I was disabled I. There 2 steps to go to bathroom .which I found hard to manage

Brilliant location. Very nice view. Nice leisure centre. Rich breakfast , spacious venue. Loved the live entertainment.

Jacuzzi was not working for 2 days in the leisure centre. I feel it is not fair to check in at 3 pm then asked to check out at 11 am. Usually in most hotels the difference between check in and out is 2-3 hours never 4!!
