Nous sommes venu séjourner à Annecy pour le carnaval Vénitien, c'était parfait. Seul bémol c'est le service de location de vélos, malheureusement ils n'étaient pas chargés et nous n'avons pas pu en profiter pour nous rendre dans le centre ville.

Un long week-end pour visiter Annecy surpris par l’emplacement de l’hôtel mais enchantés par l’accueil !! A féliciter surtout le petit déjeuner : jamais vu une telle variété une telle fraîcheur et une telle attention de la part du personnel !! Restaurant fermé mais un encas prévu! Hôtel tenu par des femmes ça se sent👏👏👏

"Manque de propreté "

La chambre est salle, par terre de la poussière, le wc n’a certainement pas était beaucoup lavé depuis son installation. On peu même y voir de l’urine séchée sur le paquet. Le plafond de la salle de bain prend la moisissure. Je ne m’attendais pas ça en réservant surtout que le hall est plutôt beau et semble propre. Le seul point positif dans cet hôtel est la gentillesse des hôtesses.
