We booked a family room for two adults and two kids. The staff was friendly and helpful (our best highlight) but the property was old and run down, smelly and very hot. The room we were given had a skylight that did not open (no regular windows) and the AC was broken. It was 40 degrees Celsius and we asked for a new room. They gave us two rooms with a full size bed each because there were no other family rooms. The rooms were very very small and uncomfortable. Overpriced for the quality.
AC wasn't working consistently by shutting off in the middle of the night and not resuming operation (may be broken thermostat); there was a particular smell in the area of main lobby; dining area wasn't very tidy. Otherwise, hotel was OK, staff friendly and helpful. We stayed one night only so there was no real opportunity for the hotel staff to rectify an issues...
Super séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre, l'établissement sont très propres. Les hôtes/hôtesses d'acceuil sont super. Nous avons pu profiter de la balnéo et sauna qui sont très propre aussi. Petit plus pour le billard, babyfoot,... à disposition. Le lieu est assez calme malgré la proximité avec la voie rapide. L'hôtel est à 35min à pied du lac.

Tres déçue, j'avais réservé cet hotel car il y avait un spa. Quelle fut ma surprise quand on m'a annoncé un prix de 68€ pour une heure ! Aucune mention de ce tarif sur hotel.com ni sur leur site...impression de m'être fait rouler ! La situation géographique est pratique, mais ce qui implique une proximité très sonore avec la voie rapide. Propreté de la table en apparence mais il ne faut pas bouger le plateau ou se trouve la bouilloire...

Very very small rooms!!!! Does Not meet design requirements!!!! Bathroom is all mold and No fan!!!!! NEVER, I can recommend for my family and friends!!!!!
