Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Toujours les mêmes prestations et la gentillesse du personnel, à l'ecoute des clients.
Hotel muito fraco. O quarto onde ficámos era pequeno e sem janela. Tinha apenas uma "janela" no topo tipo sótão o que tornava o quarto ainda mais pequeno, pois o tecto descia e era impossível estar de pé perto das paredes. Era de certeza um aproveitamento do sótão. Valeu Annecy que é imperdível.

Tres bon accueil et l essentiel de l'hôtellerie était réuni malgré une petite chambre et une salle de bain étroite pour les grandes tailles. Bus ligne 3 a proximité.
Sejour parfait. Le petit-déjeuner aurait été parfait en l'absence d'un groupe. La prestation s'est amélioré à son départ mais c'était un peu tard. Le personnel est fait le maximum pour satisfaire la clientèle individuel et apporter les produits correspondant au prix du petit dejeuner payé.
Buffet du soir très coûteux pour des produits peu qualitatifs et tièdes. Pas d'internet ni de TV mais la direction est au courant mais ne fait rien. Chambre défraîchie, indigne d'un 3 étoiles.
lieu calme, zone spa au top. Petits soucis de réception télé( pixelisation permanente mais ce n'est pas indispensable)
