Hôtel tres bien situé en dehors d'Annecy à 10 minutes en voiture du lac. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Possibilité de laisser la voiture sur place au parking et de prendre la navette.

"Bon personnels mais c'est tout "

Personnel acceuillant et compréhensif,très sympathique. Reception 24/24 un vrai plus. Cependant niveau propreté on a des toiles d'araignée dans la chambre et les murs de la salle de bain colle. Seulement 2 serviettes pour la douche. Pas 1 de plus,assez compliqué de se sécher les cheveux ou de se laver les mains.Miroir avec des traces dessus.

L’accueil et le personnel ont été irréprochables, la chambre convenait parfaitement aux photos du site et le lit était très confortable. En revanche, il y avait une énorme quantité de poussière sur la télé, et des traces collantes de savons/gel douche après le passage des femmes de ménage, qui ont d’ailleurs jeté les échantillons de gel douche et savon à peine entamés pour les remplacer par de nouveaux, cela fait beaucoup trop de gaspillage.

"Notre séjour à Annecy."

L'hôtel est vieillissant et ça se voit, il était bruyant la première nuit, c'était un dimanche et un car arrivait, c'était peut-on la raison, la deuxième nuit a été très calme. Nous n'avons pas déjeuné à l'hôtel car l'ambiance ne nous plaisait pas. La clim ne fonctionnait pas, appareil très ancien. Par contre le couchage était confortable, bien que le drap du haut est la housse de la couette, la chambre est assez minuscule.
