"Beautiful Hotel"

Overall, I must commend the exceptional standard of service provided. The attention to detail and quality of the food were truly impressive, and I would highly recommend it to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the Baha'i room at your establishment, and I must say that the room was absolutely beautiful. However, I do have one complaint regarding the lack of air conditioning. During my stay, we had to open the windows in order to cool the room down. Unfortunately, this led to a lot of road noise entering the room, which became quite disruptive. Additionally, the combination of traffic noise and music from along the coast made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be addressed to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

My husband and I do not usually stay anywhere more than once, but we have just spent our fourth stay at The Kempinski, Estepona - and this certainly will not be our last! The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are beautifully decorated and there is an attention to detail which shows the care taken of guests. The staff, many of whom we have known since our first holiday there, are most friendly and helpful and there is a feeling of meeting up with old friends. The restaurants are first rate and the position of the hotel, right on the seafront, could not be better. It is a delight to know that, whenever we return, we can count on an excellent stay.

We had an infant with us, they were able to supply bottle sanitiser, milk bottle warmer. Gave us fresh milk for tea. Breakfast was excellent. We did encounter a few ants in the room, we requested a move and got another excellent sea front view room.
