Great value nice hotel location. Good room and nice facilities with small gym. Bar is nice and well stocked .

A bit more variety with included breakfast.

De ligging midden in het centrum. De mensen van de receptie zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We mochten onze fietsen in een kamer achter de receptie stallen. Heel fijn!

De kamers zijn wat gehorig. Ook hard dichtslaande deuren als gevolg van de deurdranger. Gedurende de nacht is dat niet fijn. Het wachten in de rij voor het ontbijt was voor ons nieuw. Toch een kwartier daar gestaan. Het personeel deed ontzettend hun best om gasten zsm mogelijk een tafel te geven maar kennelijk vraagt de manier van werken en het computerprogramma waarmee ze werken veel tijd. Suggestie: gebruik bloktijden voor de gasten die ze vantevoren kunnen aangeven.

Location is superb right in the middle of Canterbury. Facilities were brilliant and high quality food.

My particular window was facing the alley way are there was a pub, so quite noisy with the window open, but there was air conditioning which kept room cool when it was 27c during the day.

Dicht bij stad en winkels. Je kan te voet overal bij.

We hadden het ontbijt inclusief maar deze was zeer matig. Er was zo goed of geen keuze, en anders was het bijbetalen. De kamers zijn niet echt geluidsdicht, je kan er alles horen ook van op straat. Klein 2 persoons bed.. Betalende parking plus je bent niet zeker of je er plaats hebt. Duur voor wat het is.

Location, staff

The hotel is brilliantly placed right in the middle of Canterbury. The room was spacious and clean, however, the room was a bit tired with peeling wall paper and threadbare carpet. The staff were helpful and friendly. Selected a rate with breakfast included but that was just a tea or coffee and a bowl of cereal. Everything else, including croissants, cooked breakfast etc Which felt a bit of a rip off. Decided not to pay for breakfast after we had paid already. Would recommend after some TLC And breakfast included.

I liked the position of the hotel and the fact that despite being in the centre,it was quiet. The room was large and reasonably well equipped and staff were friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping was poor. The lighting in the bathroom dim. The magnifying mirror broken and placed so high it was useless for most women. The sofa was stained badly. The TV was not smart and no other possible film hire.
