Jasper CA is a lovely little town that specializes in ski tourism. During the warm weather it becomes a ground tour Mecca. This hotel was selected by our tour company and was described as a nice place to stay. Not quite! The musty smell as you walk in was horrible. It was 80 F and the only air circulation was an oscillating fan, no AC. The drapery rods disconnected and inoperable, the light shades were cracked, the bed sheet had writing on it. I did not appreciate that “Prayma was here”.

- EXTREMELY DATED..imagine motel 6 from 1980s. For what we are paying, I honestly felt ripped off. Carpet resembles a run down bowling alley from the 1980s. Kitchen faucet handle leaked onto counter top whenever turned on and bathroom sink backs up when used for just hand washing. Parking lot was super tight even for a mid size SUV.. Limited silverware, tiny, sticky pots and pans, and underpowered oven. The lighting was so dim, I wore a head lamp while cooking Overall, extremely low value.

Comfy beds

No ventilation and the room smelt from being closed up. No aircon ,fly screen broken, fan supplied was so dusty that we couldn’t use it, no milk supplied, no driers only washing machine and really poor lighting in the room and bathroom. Noisy because no insulation between the walls. This place needs updating badly as dingy and old.

Firstly staff were very pleasant, helpful, hotel 10 min walk from centre, Room very depressing! Did not like to be in it, so dark, hot! Even with lights on was dark, carpet was damp, had to ask hotel to turn off heating , wouldn’t stay again , who paints little light room brown walls?

We had a kitchenette

The bed felt funny, sloped to one side.

The outdoor hottub is amazing and the suite was very roomy
