The deluxe double room with balcony was super big n comfy. Value for money.Highly recommended.

There is no international 3 point charger for phones in the rooms.

"Spend a bit extra and stay somewhere else."

The property is located right on the beach which is excellent for swimming with a flagged area patrolled with a lifeguard.

The property is in a state of disrepair. A lot of work is needed around both pools with broken tiles and walls of the pool cracked and leaking. The pool bar area is very dated and you have to wait for the lifeguard to call the main area to send a staff member over to order a drink as the bar is not staffed. Kids club is closed. Kids play area is very sad. Dishes left out side our room for the total time we stayed there. Only 1 restaurant is operating and some nights they just decided to cancel the theme night BBQ and just had the restaurant menu which was pretty poor.

good value for money room and location wise but absolute wastage of money if ur looking for good service, completely unsincere staff, my checkout process got delayed so much that i had to carry all my baggage and got late for airport

"Superb!"

We had a really enjoyable stay here for two weeks. Everything was amazing. The Staff were professional and genuinely friendly. First holiday I’ve had where I didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to going back next April.
