Beach access was really good. View from the room was very good.

Some amenities in the room were quie like the water kettle and the tea /coffee tray. We stayed in ocene suit but the room did not have conditioner or saving kit.

The location, superb view from the Ocean facing rooms, beautiful clean beach, you can take a dip in the ocean.

A little more cleanliness needed, there were ants near the coffee machine and the balcony, dust layer on furniture.

We have stayed at the resort for 1 month and have loved every second of it All the staff members from the Gardners , housekeeping and maintenance crews through reception staff have all treated us like family with warm welcome and excellent hospitality. The restaurant staff from the amazing head chef and kitchen crew serving amazing food from the world. The chef made us a special order cheese cake for our anniversary dinner he has never made one before and presented us with the best cheese cake we have ever had. The amazing staff in the restaurant are always welcoming and friendly with a smile for everyone. They are skilled in all the aspects of running the meals or the bar and genuinely care for each guest. The foyer crew right from the opening of the door to delivering you to your room are happy and engaging making you know that you have made the best decision by staying at the Sandy Beach resort. Every day we were made welcome and all the staff and management should be proud of the effort that they put into every guest. They certainly made our holiday special and we wish them all the best in the future and would recommend to anyone to stay and enjoy the atmosphere and relaxation offered by the resort.
