Very old resort thats not maintained. Location good

Stay here was just average. Hidden fees everywhere and service is slow (it was difficult to get lunch, seemed like the hotel was understaffed). Breakfast was good. Recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to sleep, not if you’re trying to stay and enjoy a resort.

- liked the facility and beach…hard to beat the private beach area! - check in process can be improved especially time to get room key! - Price per night can be adjusted higher to compensate for early check in like most hotels in Da Nang! - definitely will consider to come back in the future!

Great location and very good facilities. Overall, it is a decent beachfront resort.

Staff could have been more accommodating to our request (late check out), and problems with electricity in our room took time to fix. A bit disappointing for the expensive price we paid.

Old resort hotel by the sea. Maybe okay for a beach holiday, but then you just have to stay there. It's far from everything and it takes 30 minutes with Grab to the city centre. Definitely not a hotel for tourists. The rooms are literally cleaned in 3 minutes, so definitely not up to standard. I think their cleaning supervisors are not up to standard. So if you want a beach holiday, you can go, but a tourist, No!

A peaceful place with its private beach. It’s outside the main city in line with other resorts of international known hotel groups, thus connectivity to the city is an issue. The local cab doesn’t come for pick up, so you need to make the arrangements if you want to go for local market. The food spread is ok in breakfast. Nicely maintained bungalows with lot of privacy. The lobby of the hotel is also one of the positives with wide spread sitting area for hotel guests. The Indian restaurant on the premises is independent and is not a part of the resort, although they provide the room service if requested. Not very crowded hence nice place to stay. Housekeeping is good.
