Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff friendly Swimming pool warm good location

Had a terrible experience in the restaurant- wrong pre ordered, food not up to standard and delay in giving of children’s meal causes stress to an autistic child. They did not charge for children’s all meals but experience was difficult. Hotel wise - room right next to lobby family room in quite corridor but live music blaring from lobby until 11pm, children running up and down corridors shouting until 12pm.

Good size rooms, Lovely setting Good food

Very little signage for drop off and disability parking, Resturant was very dark Worst was the children knocing doors and running up and down corridors for hours. One room the bar area was very noisy and woke them too so all in all a poor night slerp and early morning for my 91 year old mum.
